For Johnamico.com, we created a system to dynamically load the invoice data and line items as captured in their in-house accounting system on a nightly basis. The software we wrote would connect to the accounting system and download the data into a secure, web-based database. Then, on the member’s website, they could click an ‘Invoice Detail Report’ link and see the invoices right on their screen. This solution provided the members with a new level of detail that they previously could only get via mail or fax. The system MVI built for Johnamico.com utilizes ASP, PHP, MySQL and BWGold.
