Infinite Acuity has worked with John Amico to integrate their member/customer website with their internal accounting system (Business Works Gold). This gives them the ability to use the accounting system that they’re familiar with internally and be able to display information from it directly to their members via the web.

On a scheduled, nightly basis, a job is run on the John Amico server that connects to their Business Works Gold system via a special ODBC driver. It then proceeds to run several different SQL based queries to retrieve customer info and invoicing information.
